Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en krijg je energie van het oplossen van retour- en financiële vraagstukken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Aftersales Medewerker speel je een belangrijke rol in het verwerken van retouraanvragen en financiële correcties. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief klopt én dat klanten zich goed geholpen voelen.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en klantgerichte afhandeling van retouren en financiële correcties binnen de geldende DOA-kaders. Je schakelt veel met collega’s én klanten en bewaakt het gehele retourproces van aanvraag tot afronding.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken van retouraanvragen via e-mail, klantportalen, Sales en accountmanagers
  • Beoordelen of retouraanvragen voldoen aan de retourvoorwaarden en compleet zijn
  • Aanmaken van retourbonnen en het inzetten en monitoren van retourritten
  • Afstemmen met Planning, Retourontvangst, Claims, Inside Sales en Sales
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten via telefoon en e-mail over openstaande of afgewezen retouraanvragen
  • Bewaken van het retourproces en opvolgen bij afwijkingen of gemiste ritten
  • Verwerken van financiële correcties zoals creditnota’s, kortingen en schadevergoedingen
  • Afhandelen van financiële klantdisputen in samenwerking met Sales en Finance
  • Controleren en autoriseren van correcties tot €250 (hogere bedragen in overleg)
  • Signaleren van structurele fouten of trends en meedenken over procesverbeteringen
  • Bijdragen aan het beperken van de financiële impact van retourstromen
  • Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe collega’s op het gebied van producten, systemen en procedures

Wie ben jij?

Jij werkt gestructureerd, denkt in oplossingen en behoudt altijd het overzicht. Je communiceert helder, blijft rustig bij vragen of klachten en hebt oog voor kwaliteit én samenwerking.

Verder herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau / secundair onderwijs
  • Goede en actuele kennis van systemen en producten (of bereid dit snel te leren)
  • Je kunt snel schakelen tussen systemen en werkzaamheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Goede beheersing van Franse taal is een must
  • Kennis van Engels is een pluspunt
  • Verbanden leggen in verkregen informatie
  • Klantgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent administratief sterk en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende systemen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont initiatief binnen afgesproken kaders
  • Je bent collegiaal, betrokken en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer
