Wat ga je doen?

Hou je van afwisselend werk in de bouw en haal je voldoening uit een verzorgde afwerking? Als polyvalent afwerker werk je mee aan bijzondere renovatie- en restauratieprojecten.

Je komt terecht bij een financieel gezond en groeiend bouwbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in renovatie en restauratie. Vakmanschap, veiligheid en samenwerking staan centraal. Je krijgt degelijk materiaal, ondersteuning van ervaren collega's en kansen om nieuwe technieken te leren.

Als polyvalent afwerker zorg je ervoor dat ruimtes en constructies tot in de puntjes worden afgewerkt. Je combineert verschillende technieken en werkt op uiteenlopende werven. Je vertrekt samen met een collega die je oppikt in de regio Heusden-Zolder. Omdat de projecten verspreid liggen, is flexibiliteit naar verre werven belangrijk.

Je voert verschillende afwerkingswerken uit, zoals pleisterwerk, gipskarton, binnenschrijnwerk en vloer- en plafondafwerking. Je bereidt de werkzone voor en houdt je werkplek ordelijk en veilig. Je plaatst onder andere binnenschrijnwerk, metalstuds, gipsplaten, vloeren en plafonds. Je monteert interieur- en andere afwerkingselementen. Je werkt op bijzondere en uiteenlopende werven met duidelijke procedures, veiligheidsregels en planningen. Je leest plannen en voert de werken nauwkeurig uit volgens de gemaakte afspraken. Je rapporteert aan de ploegbaas en meldt afwijkingen of problemen tijdig. Je werkt vlot samen met collega's en deelt je praktische kennis waar nodig. Je bent flexibel naar verre werven en houdt rekening met de verplaatsingen die bij deze functie horen. - Vaardigheden: Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een opleiding in de bouw gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.

Je hebt ervaring met afwerkingstechnieken of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.

Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen.

Je kan bouwplannen lezen en correct toepassen op de werf.

Je kan vlot overweg met verschillende gereedschappen en werkt steeds veilig.

Je bent flexibel naar verre werven en vindt het geen probleem dat projecten op verschillende locaties plaatsvinden.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een verzorgde afwerking.

Je respecteert veiligheidsregels, procedures en gemaakte afspraken.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en meldt problemen tijdig.

Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kan je taken ook zelfstandig uitvoeren.

Je houdt een goed werktempo aan zonder kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
