3 maanden (optie tot verlenging 3 maanden) Opdrachtomschrijving: · Er speelt al langer de behoefte om deze werkzaamheden van deze 2 medewerkers, die tot nu toe als zelfstandig team fungeerden, onder te brengen bij het product team Digitale Samenwerkomgeving (DSO); · In het kader van organisatie brede keten-optimalisatie wordt de komende maanden van alle teams binnen ICTS de benodigde bezetting in kaart gebracht. Dit maakt de vraag naar procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en toekomstbestendige formatie extra urgent. De opdracht bestaat uit twee onderdelen: waarneming van het operationele beheer en een adviesopdracht. Voor het operationele beheer neemt de kandidaat de lopende beheertaken van de DWO over van een tijdelijk afwezige medewerker. Dit omvat: - Centraal Functioneel Beheer (CFB) van SharePoint Online; - Bewaking van beschikbaarheid, interfaces en koppelingen; - Afhandeling van incidenten, wijzigingsverzoeken en gebruikersondersteuning (2e/3e lijn); - Beheer van maatwerk applicaties in samenwerking met externe leverancier 2AT; - Ondersteuning van Decentraal Beheerders (DFB); - Bijhouden van documentatie (Confluence, 365 BeheerWiki); - Deelname aan operationeel overleg en periodieke rapportages. - As-is rapport - huidige processen,[CJ4] werkzaamheden, tooling, knelpunten, risico's en afhankelijkheden in kaart gebracht; - Adviesrapport - hoe de werkzaamheden onder te brengen in het DSO team, rekening houdend met taken en verantwoordelijkheden, aantal benodigde fte, automatisering mogelijkheden, optimalisering van processen/beheer, etc.; - Roadmap - stapsgewijze transitie van huidige naar gewenste situatie; - Presentatie - mondelinge toelichting aan opdrachtgever en management.
