Wil je in Limburg mee richting geven aan de logistiek binnen de verpakkingssector? In deze vaste functie krijg je de ruimte om de dagelijkse goederenstroom in een productieomgeving mee op koers te houden.

De organisatie is actief in de verpakkingssector en werkt in een productieomgeving met internationale vestigingen.

Jouw rol

  • Na een uitgebreide opleidingsperiode coördineer, organiseer en volg je de dagelijkse activiteiten van de warehouse- en logistieke afdeling zelfstandig op.
  • Je steekt ook operationeel de handen uit de mouwen en stemt af met productieafdelingen en buitenlandse vestigingen om de goederenstroom efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je ziet waar processen beter kunnen en werkt voorstellen uit, met een bijhorend investeringsplan.
  • Je begeleidt en stuurt de administratieve medewerkers van de afdeling aan.
  • Je organiseert en neemt deel aan afdelingsoverleg en functionele werkgroepen in een internationale context.

In deze rol kom je tot je recht wanneer je logistieke expertise graag combineert met aandacht voor mensen en processen.

  • Logistiek is jouw vakgebied: je volgde minstens een bacheloropleiding in een logistieke richting en bouwde ruime ervaring op in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kent de logistieke processen en magazijnwerking goed en weet die kennis praktisch in te zetten.
  • Leidinggeven in een productieomgeving voelt vertrouwd; je hebt daarin al enkele jaren relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je communiceert helder, mondeling én schriftelijk, en haalt energie uit het motiveren en coachen van medewerkers.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken past bij jou, met veiligheid en kwaliteit steeds scherp in het oog. Ook sta je open voor bijkomende opleidingen.
