Deine Berufung

* Vorleben einer agilen Haltung sowie Förderung agiler Werte und Verhaltensweisen

* Etablierung eines passenden agilen Vorgehens gemeinsam mit dem Team (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) sowie Unterstützung bei dessen Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung

* Stärkung von Zusammenarbeit und Selbstorganisation innerhalb des Teams

* Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen im Arbeitsalltag

* Regelmäßige Moderation von Retrospektiven zur Reflexion von Zusammenarbeit, Scope, Tools und Prozessen

* Einführung und gezielte Nutzung geeigneter Metriken (z.B. Velocity, Durchlaufzeit) zur Weiterentwicklung des agilen Vorgehens in den Teams

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei agilen Initiativen und Communities innerhalb der Organisation

Deine Qualifikation

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master und Scrum Master Zertifizierung

* Erfahrung mit Kanban sowie im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence

* Methodenkompetenz im Bereich der agilen Softwareentwicklung

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine positive, lösungsorientierte Haltung

* Hohe Selbstreflexionsfähigkeit, gute Abgrenzung und Flexibilät im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Situationen und Menschen

* Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Konfliktlösungen
