Als Reliability & Maintenance Technician speel je een cruciale rol in het verhogen van de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van onze installaties. Je combineert technische expertise met een praktische aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat preventief onderhoud, verbeteracties en werkorders efficiënt worden voorbereid, opgevolgd en afgewerkt.

Je werkt nauw samen met Operations, Maintenance, Engineering en EHS en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en betrouwbare productieomgeving. Daarnaast fungeer je als vervangend Maintenance Supervisor bij afwezigheid van de verantwoordelijke.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Preventief onderhoud

· Praktisch uitwerken, optimaliseren en opvolgen van preventieve onderhoudsplannen (volgens specifieke normen).

· Evalueren van onderhoudsresultaten en voorstellen van verbetermaatregelen.

· Analyseren van storingen en terugkerende defecten om structurele oplossingen te implementeren.

· Ondersteunen van reliability-initiatieven gericht op het verhogen van de installatiebeschikbaarheid.

Risicobeheer en verbeterprojecten

· Voorbereiden, opvolgen en afwerken van acties voortkomend uit risicoanalyses, HAZOP-studies, en inspecties.

· Bewaken van deadlines en rapporteren van de voortgang van toegewezen acties.

· Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om acties duurzaam te implementeren.

· Identificeren van technische verbeterkansen op vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudskosten.

Werkorderbeheer

· Beheren van openstaande werkorders binnen het onderhoudsbeheersysteem.

· Prioriteren, plannen en opvolgen van onderhoudswerken.

· Zorgen voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve afhandeling van werkorders.

· Opvolgen van backlog en formuleren van voorstellen om achterstanden weg te werken.

Vervangend Maintenance Supervisor

· Coördineren van dagelijkse onderhoudsactiviteiten tijdens afwezigheid van de Maintenance Supervisor.

· Aansturen en ondersteunen van contractoren.

· Toezien op veilige uitvoering van werkzaamheden conform bedrijfsprocedures.

· Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor onderhoudsgerelateerde operationele vraagstukken.

· Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een technische richting (elektromechanica, mechanica, onderhoudstechnologie of vergelijkbaar).

· Enige ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur (petro)chemie of procesindustrie.

· Kennis van preventief onderhoud, reliability-methodieken en werkorderbeheer.

· Ervaring met onderhoudsbeheersystemen (CMMS) is een plus.

· Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkaanpak.

· Hands-on ingesteld en in staat prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.

· Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
