Ben jij een techneut puur sang, weet je het onderhoud ook nog strak te organiseren en elke dag jouw team te motiveren om tot het beste resultaat te komen? Dan is deze functie op onze dynamische Converter locatie in Hoogstraten echt iets voor jou!

Als Teamleider Technische Dienst ben je en voel je jezelf verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van ons indrukwekkende machinepark. Wij maken en leveren circulaire verpakkingsoplossingen. En daar komt heel wat bij kijken! Om die reden organiseren we het onderhoud zoveel mogelijk in onderhoudstops en werken we bij voorkeur volgens productie standaarden. Dus als jij je werk goed doet, blijven onze machines in uitstekende conditie en kunnen ze bij voorkeur zonder storingen blijven produceren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Teamleider Technische Dienst zorg jij ervoor, als linking-pin tussen ons productie- en onderhoudsteam, dat alle activiteiten op elkaar zijn afgestemd en het onderhoud efficiënt wordt ingericht;
  • Je neemt ook verantwoordelijkheid om het onderhoud van gebouwen en terreinen te coördineren.
  • De activiteiten van onze servicedienst opzetmachines volg je mee op.
  • In deze uitdagende en vooral leuke functie werk je verder nauw samen met in- en externe stakeholders, zoals bijvoorbeeld de afdelingen: Operations, Inkoop, Finance, HSE. Je zorgt ook voor een goede samenwerking en opvolging met onze subcontractors.
  • Als professional zorg jij in deze dynamische omgeving voor een overzichtelijk onderhoudsproces. Door de effectiviteit van het onderhoudsproces voortdurend te monitoren, daarover te rapporteren en bij te sturen als dat nodig is.
  • Je komt actief met verbetervoorstellen, levert input voor het onderhoudsbudget en zorgt er voor dat de afgesproken rendement-, energie en kostenoptimalisatietargets voor de afdeling worden gerealiseerd;
  • Bij investeringen op technisch en facilitair vlak verzorg jij de investeringsdossiers.
  • Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor! Het onderhoudsteam bestaat uit 10 collega's. Stuk voor stuk professionals die goed zijn in hun vak met wie jij als coachend leidinggevende gericht werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van kennis, competenties en vaardigheden;
  • Als Teamleider Technische Dienst ben je deel van het leidinggevende team en ben je actief betrokken bij de uitvoering van projecten. Daarbij kun je bijvoorbeeld denken aan projecten die voortkomen uit investeringen die gericht zijn op kwaliteits- en efficiency verbetering, kostenreductie of het verhogen van de productiecapaciteit;

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk -en denkniveau, in ieder geval heb je een technische opleiding afgerond en heb je tenminste 10 jaar werkervaring;
  • Ook heb je al ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en heb je bewezen dat je in staat bent om onderhoudsprocessen te organiseren;
  • Je hebt een coachende leiderschapsstijl en stuurt op resultaat en je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands, Engels, basis Frans);
  • Je bent gewend om projectmatig te werken en hebt oog voor de korte en de langere termijn. Je komt met een herkenbare en gestructureerde werkaanpak tot aantoonbare resultaten;
  • Door jouw zelfverzekerde, positieve en proactieve optreden breng je stabiliteit en overzicht in de organisatie en in jouw team;
  • Je bent empathisch en mensgericht, hebt een service gerichte, positieve en proactieve mindset en brengt dit graag over op jouw team;
  • Je bent gewend om mensen aan te spreken op hun resultaten en zorgt voor een veilige sfeer binnen het team waardoor mensen het maximale uit zichzelf halen. Uiteraard geef je zelf het goede voorbeeld.
