Als Dispatcher zorg jij ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt:

  • Je plant dagelijks een 50-tal chauffeurs in en volgt de ritten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ziet toe op correcte vertrekken en aankomsten.
  • Je controleert aanwezigheden en uurregistraties.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten en lost vragen snel en klantgericht op.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid via risicoanalyses en opvolging van procedures.
  • Je volgt KPI's op (zoals temperatuur en timing) en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe transporteurs.
  • Je draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer en begeleidt nieuwe collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met logistiek/transport (dispatcher, planner of chauffeur).
  • Oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en sterk in organiseren.
  • Nauwkeurig en administratief onderlegd.
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Klantendienst en klachten behandelen.
  • Bereid om te werken in een vaste vroege ploeg (3u – 11u38 (max 14u).
  • 1 op 3 zaterdagen en soms op zondag werken.
