Een belangrijk onderdeel van onze zorgvisie is dat we zo dicht mogelijk proberen aan te sluiten bij de hulpvraag van onze cliënten, om zo de best mogelijke interventie in te zetten. Onze specialistische behandelingen richten zich o.a. op klachtgerichte interventies, waarbij de contextuele en de sociaal maatschappelijke factoren belangrijke aandachtspunten zijn. Hierdoor lukt het ons om sneller een behandeling vorm te geven die past bij de specifieke hulpvraag van de cliënt. Onze waarom is mensen hulp bieden bij het aanpakken van hun psychische problemen, dat is waar onze collega's zich dagelijks met hart en ziel voor inzetten. Wij willen de kwaliteit van mensen hun leven verhogen! Wat is jouw waarom? Hoe ziet jouw rol eruit? Als hbo agoog creëer je een zorgzame behandelomgeving, waar crisisinterventie (wanneer nodig) en stabilisatie plaatsvindt. Je levert een bijdrage aan de begeleiding en behandeling. Je bent gericht op het versterken van factoren die stabilisatie en herstel bevorderen en die het risico op terugval zoveel mogelijk verkleinen. Je luistert onbevooroordeeld naar het eigen verhaal van de cliënt. Je stemt samen met de cliënt het begeleidingsplan af met het netwerken betrokken professionals en maakt afspraken over hoe de begeleiding geboden zal worden. Je zet preventieve interventies in om rust te bewaren op de groep. Je creëert leermomenten op de groep en stimuleert sociaal gedrag tijdens dagelijkse bezigheden en past methodieken aan zodat deze optimaal aansluiten op de behoefte van de cliënt.
