Als agrarisch bedrijfsadviseur ben jij degene die overzicht brengt, meedenkt en ondernemers helpt om keuzes te maken die passen bij hun bedrijf én hun toekomst. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een hecht team met korte lijnen en een nuchtere mentaliteit. Geen onnodige hiërarchie. Wel persoonlijk contact, samenwerken en advies waar ondernemers direct mee verder kunnen. Als agrarisch bedrijfsadviseur ben je sparringpartner voor ondernemers en begeleid je hen bij belangrijke financiële en strategische keuzes. Denk hierbij aan vragen zoals: • Welke voordelen biedt een BV of hybride structuur voor de onderneming? • Wat zijn de financiële en fiscale gevolgen van bedrijfsopvolging? • Is uitbreiding interessant en haalbaar? • Hoe zit het met fosfaatrechten, mestafvoer of eco-regelingen? Wat ga je doen? • Adviseren van agrarische ondernemers over fiscale en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken; • Signaleren van kansen, risico's en ontwikkelingen binnen ondernemingen; • Begeleiden van bedrijfsopvolgingen, investeringsvraagstukken en financieringen; • Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktisch advies; • Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties; • Samenwerken met collega's binnen een betrokken team. Wie ben jij? HBO/WO-opleiding Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in een economische of agrarisch gerelateerde richting. 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring Je hebt minimaal drie tot vijf jaar relevante werkervaring op zak. Agrarische affiniteit Je voelt je thuis in de agrarische sector en begrijpt wat er op het erf speelt. Analytisch en communicatief Je bent analytisch sterk én weet je bevindingen begrijpelijk over te brengen...
