Bij een hightech organisatie in Eindhoven voor engineering, assemblage van modules en machinesystemen en productie van complexe componenten maak je bedrijfsprocessen slimmer met AI en automatisering. Je vertaalt vraagstukken uit engineering, supply chain, kwaliteit, operations en finance naar praktische oplossingen. Denk aan workflowautomatisering, voorspellende analyses en generatieve AI. Daarbij combineer je technische vernieuwing met de eisen aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en compliance in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je processen, bouw je proofs of concept en werk je oplossingen uit tot betrouwbare toepassingen. Je schakelt met data engineers, IT en gebruikers over datakwaliteit, architectuur en integraties. Ook adviseer je het management over digitalisering en help je collega’s nieuwe werkwijzen toe te passen. Je verdiept je in nieuwe AI-methodieken, met aandacht voor uitlegbaarheid, logging, traceerbaarheid en beheersbare wijzigingen. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en optimaliseer end-to-end bedrijfsprocessen van engineering tot finance. - Ontwerp en implementeer workflowautomatisering met AI, low-code/no-code en scripting. - Ontwikkel toepassingen voor voorspellende analyses, beslissingsondersteuning en veilige generatieve AI. - Werk met data engineers en IT aan data-architectuur, datakwaliteit en systeemintegraties. - Borg compliance, uitlegbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid met logging, traceerbaarheid en change control. - Initieer proofs of concept en pilots en begeleid gebruikers bij de toepassing. - Adviseer het management over digitaliseringsstrategie en relevante nieuwe technologie. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo/wo-diploma, bij voorkeur in Technische Informatica, Data Science/AI, Industriële Automatisering of Bedrijfskundige Informatica. - Je hebt ervaring met AI/ML-toepassingen, API’s, webhooks of ERP/MES/PLM-integraties. - Je analyseert complexe bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt deze naar pragmatische technische oplossingen...
