Wat ga je doen?

Als AI Automation Engineer ben je bij Bouwflow degene die uitzoekt wat er met AI mogelijk is en het vervolgens implementeert in het bedrijf. Je bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologieën, bedenkt oplossingen, optimaliseert processen en bouwt volledig nieuwe applicaties vanaf de grond.

Je werk zit op twee sporen.

  • Oplossen: je hoort van je collega's waar ze mee worstelen en waar ze tijd aan verliezen. Jij bedenkt een oplossing, bouwt ze, en optimaliseert het proces errond.
  • Bouwen wat er nog niet is: we pakken dingen graag AI-first aan, ook helemaal van nul. Jij zet nieuwe stukken van het bedrijf op met agents in plaats van handwerk.

Het blijft niet bij één afdeling. Je bouwt agents van marketing over support tot development. Je zet het zelf live en je neemt er ownership op.

Wie ben jij?

Je volgt AI op de voet en haalt energie uit wat je ermee kan oplossen. Een proces dat vandaag nog handwerk is en binnen twee weken vanzelf draait: daar doe je het voor.

Wat je in huis hebt:

  • Een jaar of drie ervaring als developer
  • Programmeren, in eender welke taal waar je goed in bent
  • Werken met LLM's, agents en API's
  • Git

Een must:

  • Diepgaande kennis van AI (skills, commands, modellen, automations, MCP ...)
  • Laravel (PHP)

Mooi meegenomen, maar geen must:

  • Next.js (TypeScript)
  • Python
  • Kennis van of voeling met de bouwsector

Talen:

  • Nederlands (onze voertaal)
  • Engels

Verder:

  • Je bouwt met AI, maar je levert wel hoge kwaliteit oplossingen en neemt er ownership op.
  • Je bent creatief in het oplossen van problemen. Je ziet snel hoe iets anders en beter kan.
  • Je gaat zelf op onderzoek en wacht niet tot iemand je een opdracht geeft.
  • Je werkt graag in een startup-omgeving met korte lijnen en veel autonomie.
