Hoe jouw dag als AI Consultant eruit ziet:

Als AI Consultant ben je een sleutelfiguur in het toepassen van AI binnen Titeca. Je brengt AI-oplossingen van concept naar productie en zorgt dat ze ook effectief gebruikt worden in de praktijk. Je combineert technische expertise met een sterk inzicht in hoe medewerkers werken en waar AI hen echt kan ondersteunen. Je fungeert als brug tussen IT en de business en vertaalt noden naar concrete, bruikbare oplossingen.

  • Bouwen én implementeren van AI-oplossingen Je bouwt en implementeert AI-oplossingen zoals automatisaties, agentic workflows en hybride mens‑AI werkstromen op ons platform en zorgt dat ze goed gekoppeld zijn met API’s en het dataplatform Je vertaalt businessnoden naar concrete toepassingen binnen ons platform en zorgt dat oplossingen stabiel en schaalbaar zijn Je zorgt dat oplossingen niet alleen werken, maar ook bruikbaar zijn in de dagelijkse werking
  • Advies én technologische keuzes Je volgt AI-evoluties actief op en vertaalt die naar opportuniteiten voor Titeca. Je maakt onderscheid tussen experimenten en schaalbare oplossingen. Je adviseert niet alleen over tools en oplossingen, maar maakt ook duidelijke afwegingen rond impact, risico’s en haalbaarheid binnen de organisatie.
  • Begeleiding én adoptie Je begeleidt medewerkers in de AI-transformatie en helpt hen om AI effectief te gebruiken. Je werkt samen met L&D rond opleiding en kennisdeling. Je zorgt voor draagvlak en zorgt dat AI-oplossingen effectief geïntegreerd worden in processen Je helpt de organisatie om AI niet alleen te implementeren, maar ook duurzaam te verankeren in de manier van werken.
  • Integratie én samenwerking Je selecteert en integreert AI-oplossingen en tools binnen het IT-landschap en zorgt dat ze goed aansluiten op bestaande systemen Je selecteert en integreert AI-oplossingen en tools binnen ons IT-landschap. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit development, data, workplace en applications om systemen, koppelingen en data op elkaar af te stemmen. Je zorgt dat AI-oplossingen vlot gekoppeld zijn met API’s, het dataplatform en beschikbare datasets Je werkt samen met Product Owners op transformatie‑initiatieven
  • Kwaliteit én verantwoordelijkheid Je bewaakt betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en impact van AI-oplossingen. Je zorgt voor veilig en GDPR-conform gebruik van AI. Je waakt over transparantie, controle en explainability en een verantwoorde toepassing van AI in processen. Je vertaalt richtlijnen rond GDPR en AI naar concrete toepassingen binnen de organisatie en bewaakt daarbij een veilig en verantwoord gebruik van AI

Jouw én – én profiel

  • Ervaring én goesting Je hebt ervaring met het bouwen en implementeren van AI-oplossingen in een professionele context. Je krijgt energie van nieuwe technologie en wil AI ook echt laten landen in een organisatie.
  • Kennis én technologie Je hebt een brede kennis van AI en LLM’s en bent vertrouwd met frameworks, automatisatie en integraties. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met de Microsoft/Azure AI-stack en kan oplossingen bouwen binnen een Microsoft-first omgeving. Python-kennis is daarbij een sterke troef.
  • Advies én communicatie Je kan technische keuzes helder uitleggen aan zowel IT als business. Je neemt collega’s mee in verandering en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie rond mogelijkheden en impact.
  • Analyse én aanpak Je denkt pragmatisch en resultaatgericht. Je kan snel schakelen tussen concept en uitvoering en houdt steeds het einddoel voor ogen.
  • Samenwerking én zelfstandigheid Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega’s. Je draagt actief bij aan hoe AI verder groeit binnen Titeca.
