Wij werken onder andere voor HEMA, Sligro, La Place, Keurslager, Electro World en Van Uffelen Mode. Bekende namen in de Nederlandse retail en fashion, die dagelijks door miljoenen mensen worden gezien. Van model- en productfotografie tot campagnebeelden en social content: ons team van 45 mensen zorgt dat het klopt, op tijd is én er goed uitziet. AI is voor ons geen experiment, het is een integraal onderdeel van onze productie. We gebruiken het dagelijks voor beeldcreatie, conceptontwikkeling en workflow-automatisering. Nu zoeken we iemand die daarmee dagelijks aan de slag gaat: iemand die AI-beeld tot in de puntjes weet te creëren en te bewerken. Wat ga je doen? Als AI Image Specialist ben jij de uitvoerende kracht achter ons AI-beeld. Je werkt binnen bestaande workflows en playbooks en zorgt dat elk beeld dat daaruit komt klopt: technisch, artistiek en tot in het laatste detail. Je werkt nauw samen met artdirectors, beeldbewerkers, fotografen en onze AI-ontwikkelaar. Je staat midden in de productie, geen rol op afstand Structuur & strategie: - Bestaande AI werkzaamheden vertalen naar schaalbare werkprocessen en playbooks - Het tool- en softwarelandschap analyseren en bepalen waar standaardisatie of vernieuwing nodig is - Automatiseringen ontwerpen en implementeren Uitvoering & precisie: - Prompts schrijven en verfijnen tot het beeld exact klopt met de briefing - Artdirectors ondersteunen bij effectieve promptwriting voor beeldgeneratie - De juiste AI tools en -modellen kiezen per opdracht en vertalen naar schaalbare werkprocessen - Kwaliteit en consistentie bewaken over grote volumes beeld heen, onder t...
