Wat houdt deze vacature in?

Als AI Prompt & Software Engineer bouw je mee aan Kate, de digitale oplossing die klanten helpt. Je werkt mee aan de prompts van Kate en zit mee aan het stuur om de AI-output sneller, kwalitatiever en consistenter te maken. Je vertaalt vragen uit de business naar concrete oplossingen. Je werkt samen met verschillende teams en zorgt dat oplossingen aansluiten bij de noden van gebruikers.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Met jouw expertise help je mee om AI-oplossingen te bouwen die een directe impact hebben op de gebruikerservaring van onze klanten en medewerkers.

  • Je ontwerpt, test en optimaliseert Engelstalige prompts om de kwaliteit van AI-antwoorden continu te verbeteren.
  • Je analyseert en beoordeelt AI-output in het Nederlands en stuurt bij waar nodig om correcte, consistente en bruikbare resultaten te garanderen.
  • Je vertaalt businessnoden naar concrete technische oplossingen en stemt af met verschillende stakeholders om maximale gebruikerswaarde te creëren.
  • Je ontwikkelt, onderhoudt en verbetert AI-functionaliteiten en toepassingen binnen het Kate-platform.
  • Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden om de snelheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van AI-oplossingen verder te verhogen.
  • Je werkt actief samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en deelt inzichten om AI-oplossingen voortdurend naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw troeven?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in IT, talen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in promptontwikkeling en bent benieuwd naar de mogelijkheden van generatieve AI.
  • Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met het integreren van AI-modellen in toepassingen en systemen.
  • Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Engels. Geen probleem voor jou om complexe materie duidelijk uit te leggen, zowel aan collega’s van IT als aan business stakeholders.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt gestructureerd en houdt ervan om nieuwe kennis en technologieën te ontdekken.
  • Je kijkt graag over teamgrenzen heen en denkt creatief mee over oplossingen.
