Seit 2001 garantieren wir an unserem Standort in Leobersdorf/NÖ mit über 250 MitarbeiterInnen die rasche Bearbeitung von mehr als 200.000 Produkten im Digital-, Offset- und Großformatdruck. Diese können bei uns rund um die Uhr ganz einfach online bestellt werden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 AI Visual Artist: KI-Bildproduktion (m/w/d) Leobersdorf / ab sofort / Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

* Bildproduktion für Shop, Print, Amazon und Social Media - überwiegend KI-generiert, mit Nachbearbeitung dort, wo sie schneller zum Ziel führt

* Aufbau neuer KI-gestützter Prozesse und Workflows zur Erstellung von Produktfotos - inkl. Prompts, Presets und Templates zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Genauigkeit

* Weiterentwicklung des Tools gemeinsam mit unserer IT - du erkennst, wo Handarbeit automatisierbar ist, und bringst es ins System

* Qualitätssicherung: Look, Konsistenz und Markenkonformität über das gesamte Sortiment

* Aufbau und Pflege von Templates, Presets und Qualitätsstandards für konsistenten, markenkonformen Look

* Unterstützung bei weiteren grafischen Projekten (Kampagnen, Roll-Ups, Print- und Digitalformate)

Dein Profil:

* Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Bildgenerierung - ob ComfyUI, Midjourney, Firefly, Imagen oder etwas anderes. Entscheidend ist, dass damit produktiv gearbeitet wurde und man die Grenzen des System kennt

* Starkes Gespür für Bildsprache, Komposition, Licht, Materialität und Finishing

* Von Vorteil:

** Erfahrung mit nodebasierten Workflows, Scripting oder Python für Batch-Prozesse

** Verständnis für Druckanforderungen wie Auflösung und Farbmanagement sowie für Online-Formate und Varianten

* Kreativität gepaart mit technischem Interesse und Lust, neue Wege zu gehen

* Ausbildung im Grafik- oder Designbereich oder vergleichbare Praxis

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamplayer-Mentalität

Wir bieten:

* Arbeitszeiten: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche, Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung

* Bruttomonatsgehalt: ab € 2.400,-. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.

* Ein eigenes Werkzeug statt Standardsoftware. Unser Bildgenerator ist selbst entwickelt und läuft auf unserer Infrastruktur.
