Engis | Intérim en vue d'engagement CDI | Salaire : en fonction de l'expérience

Konvert recherche pour l'un de ses clients de la région d'Engis un Ajusteur Mécanicien expérimenté, autonome et minutieux. Vous serez chargé de l'entretien, de la réparation et du montage d'équipements mécaniques variés.

Vos principales missions :

Démontage et diagnostic :

  • Procéder au démontage complet d'ensembles mécaniques, notamment des pompes (reconstruction d'arbres, vérification des alésages, etc.) et des roulements.
  • Réaliser l'expertise des équipements : prise de côtes, croquis détaillés, identification précise des pièces à remplacer ou à réparer.

Réparation et reconditionnement :

  • Usiner ou retoucher des pièces mécaniques en fonction des besoins (tournage, alésage, taraudage, forage).
  • Remonter les ensembles en installant des composants neufs (roulements, joints, accouplements, pignons, etc.), en ajustant les jeux et les serrages requis.
  • Effectuer le montage à blanc et l'autocontrôle de l'assemblage final.

Maintenance du parc machines : Assurer l'entretien courant des machines-outils de l'atelier (tours, fraiseuses, rectifieuses).

Respect de l'environnement de travail : Maintenir le poste de travail et les équipements propres et en bon état.

Savoir-faire technique :

  • Maîtrise indispensable de la lecture et de l'interprétation de plans mécaniques complexes.
  • Compétences avérées en usinage conventionnel (tournage, alésage, fraisage, rectification) et en chaudronnerie (perçage, taraudage).
  • Capacité à démonter, expertiser et remonter des pompes, des roulements et d'autres petits sous-ensembles mécaniques.
  • Prise de côtes précise et réalisation de croquis.
  • Ajustage minutieux : tolérances de précision, utilisation de turbines pour les ajustements fins.

Utilisation d'équipements : Maîtrise d'outils spécifiques tels que la presse de mécanicien (160T), le vérin et l'arrache-poulie.

Connaissance des matériaux : Maîtrise des propriétés et de la mise en œuvre de divers métaux (acier, inox) et polymères (polyamide).

Savoir-être : Autonomie, précision, sens de l'observation et esprit d'équipe.

Expérience : Expérience significative d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
