Je werkdag start om 07.00 uur op onze locatie in Groningen. Je werkt volledig buiten en bent vooral praktisch bezig. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het terrein en de installaties goed worden ingericht en onderhouden. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit diverse grond- en terreinwerkzaamheden zoals het aanbrengen van drainage, het leggen van riolering en folie en het opruimen en netjes houden van het terrein. In bepaalde periodes horen daar ook werkzaamheden met de bosmaaier bij. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je pakt aan wat nodig is. Wat wordt jouw grootste uitdaging? De grootste uitdaging in deze functie is zelfstandig werk zien en aanpakken in een omgeving waar het werk continu in beweging is. Je moet kunnen meedenken, praktisch inzicht tonen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor wat er moet gebeuren. Er wordt geen specifieke vooropleiding verwacht, maar wel inzet, leergierigheid en gezond verstand. Alles kan worden aangeleerd, zolang je bereid bent om te leren en je handen uit de mouwen te steken. Hoe maak je het verschil? - Je bent een positief kritisch persoon met veel energie - Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en je kunt dit zelfstandig uitvoeren, maar kan ook goed samenwerken - Je bent communicatief vaardig en assertief - Je werkt graag buiten en bent fysiek actief - Je wilt leren en jezelf ontwikkelen - Je hebt kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
