En jouw steentje bijdragen aan de veiligheid van de maatschappij? Dan is werken bij onze Forensische Psychiatrische Afdeling als allround begeleider of verpleegkundige dé baan voor jou! In welke omgeving ga je werken? Op het Zorgpark in Vught vind je onze Forensisch Psychiatrische Afdeling (FPA). Het multidisciplinaire team van de FPA is enorm divers qua expertise en ervaring. Je wordt collega van onder andere psychologen, een ervaringsdeskundige, muziektherapeut en systeemtherapeut. Bovendien werkt het team van Forensisch FACT in hetzelfde gebouw en zijn casemanagers PI en reclasseringsmedewerkers ook jouw naaste collega's. Wat ga je doen? Als allround begeleider of verpleegkundige begeleid en bewaak je de voortgang van de behandeling van de cliënt en lever je een bijdrage aan de behandeldoelen. Je voert regie over de pb-schappen (als persoonlijk begeleider) en stuur je je collega's hierin aan. Vanwege het snel veranderende dynamische klimaat zal je in je functie snel moeten kunnen denken en handelen, en gezamenlijk met het multidisciplinaire team beleidswijzigingen van cliënten door moeten kunnen voeren. Samen met het team heb je een maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid om recidive te voorkomen. Als verpleegkundige voer je ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Als begeleider of verpleegkundige kan je jouw functie helemaal eigen maken met een diversiteit aan nevenactiviteiten. Wil je jouw kennis over veiligheid of verslaving vergroten?
