The posting

Waar een wil is, is een weg. Wil jij leren lassen en metaalbewerken? Wij openen de deur bij een van onze opdrachtgevers in Barendrecht — geen ervaring nodig; zíj leiden je op tot vakman. Elke week ander werk: lassen (MIG/MAG/TIG), staalconstructies en plaatwerk, snijden, boren en samenstellen. Je wordt gekoppeld aan een ervaren vakman die je meeneemt — je helpt mee, leert werktekeningen lezen en hoort wáárom iets zo moet. Werkplaats en bouwplaats wisselen elkaar af. Daarnaast ga je 1 dag per week naar school voor de theorie (BBL). Wachten hoeft niet. De opleiding kent maar een paar vaste instapmomenten per jaar — maar jij kunt nú al beginnen. Je gaat direct aan het werk en stroomt op het eerstvolgende moment de opleiding in. Loopt de opleiding al? Dan kun je vaak ook tussentijds instappen. Zo verlies je geen tijd en kom je meteen aan de slag. Functie-eisen:- Je hebt een duidelijk doel: je wílt dit vak leren.- Je neemt motivatie mee — gedreven en leergierig.- Je bent betrouwbaar: afspraak is afspraak, je komt op tijd.- Je wilt werken — niet lullen maar poetsen; aanpakken op de vloer. Wat wij bieden:- Een vaste baan rechtstreeks bij een van onze opdrachtgevers.- Je wordt bij onze opdrachtgever opgeleid tot vakman of vakvrouw.- CAO-inschaling van het bedrijf.- Géén uitzend- of detacheringscontract — je komt direct in dienst.- Persoonlijke begeleiding: je krijgt je eigen persoonlijke Talentmakelaar in de techniek, die je door je hele traject heen helpt.
