FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

  • Als Allround Customer Advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met openstaande betalingen.
  • Je gaat het gesprek aan, luistert naar hun situatie en zoekt samen naar een haalbare oplossing.
  • Dankzij jouw professionele aanpak help je klanten vooruit én zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van elk dossier.
  • Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten over openstaande betalingen.
  • Je analyseert de situatie van de klant en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je onderhandelt op een respectvolle en professionele manier over betalingsregelingen.
  • Je verwerkt elk contact en alle gemaakte afspraken nauwkeurig in de systemen.
  • Je werkt volgens de procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen van de verschillende opdrachtgevers.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een optimale klantbeleving én aan het behalen van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent communicatief sterk, empathisch en weet ook in uitdagende gesprekken rustig en professioneel te blijven.
  • Je durft beslissingen te nemen, denkt in oplossingen en haalt energie uit het vinden van een passend resultaat voor alle partijen.
  • Daarnaast beschik je over: Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een zeer goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Sterke communicatieve en luistervaardigheden.
  • Een empathische, maar tegelijk assertieve houding.
  • Het vermogen om professioneel te onderhandelen en constructief om te gaan met moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Een nauwkeurige en administratief correcte werkwijze.
  • Een vlotte kennis van de courante pc-toepassingen.
  • Een stressbestendige, resultaatgerichte en positieve ingesteldheid.
