Over het bedrijf Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Financieel Medewerker. Dit bedrijf is zowel producent als installateur van geavanceerde brandveiligheidsoplossingen, zoals branddetectie-, preventie-, blus- en brandmeldinstallaties. Hun klantenkring omvat onder andere datacenters en grote magazijnen, waar preventieve brandbeveiliging van cruciaal belang is. Vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht werkt een betrokken en ambitieus team dagelijks aan hoogwaardige oplossingen waarbij kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Over de functie Voor de financiële administratie zoeken we iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Iemand die ervoor zorgt dat facturen correct worden verwerkt en administratieve zaken goed worden bijgehouden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inboeken van inkoopfacturen; - Opstellen en versturen van verkoopfacturen; - Bijhouden en administreren van contracten, bijvoorbeeld rondom leaseauto's; - Verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens; - Ondersteunen bij diverse financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden; - Samenwerken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Je werkt op kantoor nauw samen met één collega, de Service Coördinator. Omdat het een relatief compacte organisatie is, is het belangrijk dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en initiatief neemt.
