De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Allround financieel & vastgoed coördinator

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van betalingen en financiële administratie
  • Opstellen en inboeken van facturen
  • Beheren van debiteuren en onderhouden van klantencontact
  • Opvolgen van vastgoedadministratie zoals contracten en plaatsbeschrijvingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met huurders en opvolgen van afspraken
  • Bewaken van budgetten en cashflows
  • Opstellen van rapporteringen en analyseren van projecten
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen

  • Bachelor of master in accountancy, bedrijfsmanagement of gelijkaardig
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een financiële en/of vastgoedcontext
  • Sterk in cijfers, analyse en administratieve opvolging
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd met oog voor detail
  • In staat om zowel operationeel als strategisch te denken
  • Zelfstandig werkend, maar ook een teamplayer
  • Proactief en gericht op verbetering van processen
