Werken voor Rozendaal is uniek. Als kleine gemeente staan we dicht bij onze inwoners en zetten we ons samen in voor een groene woon- en leefomgeving. We zoeken steeds de verbinding met onze omgeving en de opgaven van deze tijd. We benutten de kracht van onze kleine gemeenschap en organisatie: wendbaar, weerbaar en nabij. Onze organisatie telt ongeveer 15 medewerkers en een net zo grote flexibele schil die zich korter of langer aan ons verbinden. De lijnen zijn kort, mensen weten elkaar snel te vinden, de onderlinge afhankelijkheid is daarmee ook groot. Onze organisatie kent een eenhoofdige leiding. De taken zijn verdeeld in drie teams met brede verantwoordelijkheden: Dienstverlening, Bedrijfsvoering en Ruimte&Samenleving. Opdracht - Aanspreekpunt/vraagbaak diverse HR-zaken voor leidinggevende, personeel en bestuur; - Advisering aan gemeentesecretaris en college over benodigde versterkingen in de HR-aanpak, waaronder het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen; - Verantwoordelijk voor goed lopende processen rondom werving, in- en uitstroom, verzuim. - Back-up salarisadministratie; - Overige HR- en aan HR-gerelateerde taken. Functie eisen Onze opdrachtgever heeft eisen en wensen geformuleerd. Aan alle eisen moet worden voldaan om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie. Voor deze functie zijn de volgende eisen en wensen geformuleerd: Eisen: - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de rol van HR adviseur bij een gemeente - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau - In het kader van de wet DBA leent deze uitvraag zich helaas niet voor uitvoering door zzp'ers.
