Liever buiten aan het werk dan de hele dag binnen zitten? Als allround landmeter in Rotterdam werk je op diverse locaties en meet je met precisie projecten in. Laat je vakkennis spreken en rijd zelfstandig van klus naar klus met de meetapparatuur in de achterbak. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Rotterdam ga je aan de slag als allround landmeter. Jij zorgt voor het nauwkeurig inmeten en uitzetten van uiteenlopende projecten, van infrastructurele werken tot bouwprojecten. Met jouw ervaring weet je precies hoe je de meetgegevens vertaalt naar bruikbare informatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, hebt contact met klanten en denkt proactief mee over de uitvoering. Je maakt gebruik van moderne apparatuur zoals GPS, Robotic Total Station en laserscanners. De data verwerk je in CAD-software zoals AutoCAD of Civil3D. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt tot achter de komma. Ook ben je betrokken bij het controleren van maatvoeringen en het voorbereiden van meetwerkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werk kunnen projecten soepel verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden Inmeten en uitzetten van maatvoeringen op bouw- en infraprojecten; Verwerken van meetgegevens tot bruikbare tekeningen of rapportages; Gebruiken van GPS, Total Station en andere meetapparatuur; Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers op locatie; Voorbereiden van meetwerkzaamheden en controleren van maatvoeringen; Toepassen van moderne vereffeningstechnieken in je werk. Wat heb jij in huis? Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in geodesie, civiele techniek of bouwkunde; Ervaring met landmeetkundige werkzaamheden en meetapparatuur; Vaardigheid met CAD-software zoals AutoCAD, Civil3D of Microstation; Zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding; Kennis van vereffeningstechnieken zoals MOVE3; Rijbewijs B voor projectbezoeken door de regio.
