Employ International Recruitment Allround Maintenance Technician in 2-ploegensysteem Wijster 32 - 40 uur Fulltime €4.357 - €5.250 per maand Je bent iemand die ervoor zorgt dat complexe productieomgevingen soepel blijven draaien. In deze functie werk je in een dynamische omgeving voor voedselverwerking, waar betrouwbaarheid, hygiëne en efficiëntie essentieel zijn. Als Allround Maintenance Technician ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van productie-installaties binnen een voedingsmiddelenomgeving. Je werkt in ploegendienst en zorgt ervoor dat machines altijd veilig en efficiënt functioneren. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties - Oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen - Ondersteunen van de productie om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken - Inspecteren van installaties en identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden - Werken volgens strenge veiligheids- en hygiënenormen - Samenwerken met operators en collega-technicians - Registreren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en rapporteren van bevindingen Eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie combineer je technische kennis met een praktische instelling en een proactieve houding: - Technische opleiding (minimaal Red Seal-niveau of gelijkwaardig) - 2-5 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie binnen de productie of industrie - Kennis van mechanische en basis elektrische systemen - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of procesindustrie is een pluspunt - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken - Oplossingsgerichte instelling en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken - Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en veiligheidsbewustzijn - Basisvaardigheden in Engels en Afrikaans Wat wij bieden Bij Employ IR bieden we je de ruimte en vrijheid voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling.
