Voor het Hampton by Hilton Utrecht Central Station zijn wij op zoek naar een Allround medewerker Front Office! Met 193 functionele kamers, een cosy bar en een eigentijdse fitness, is Utrecht weer een prachtig hotel rijker. De internationale keten Hilton Hotels & Resorts stamt uit 1919 en telt inmiddels ruim 5400 accommodaties in 106 landen verspreid over 6 continenten. Wereldleider op het gebied van gastvrijheid nastreven is geen eenvoudige opgave en vraagt om medewerkers die vindingrijk én open-minded zijn. Werkzaamheden: • Jij zorgt voor een aangename en positieve werksfeer, waarin alle gasten en collega's jouw “Hamptonality” ervaren. • Jij weet onze gasten keer op keer te verassen met een welkom die creatief, oprecht en persoonlijk is. • In jouw rol als medewerker front office allround vind jij het leuk om buiten je kaders te werken en staat flexibiliteit op nummer 1. Wanneer nodig ben jij wij ook actief in de F&B area van het hotel. • Jij verzorgt de check in en check-out van onze gasten inclusief alle bijbehorende administratieve taken. • Jij weet gasten/bedrijven aan de telefoon zo enthousiast te maken voor een overnachting in ons hotel dat een aansluitende reservering logisch is. • Jij bent een kei als het gaat om het nastreven van onze targets! Gemotiveerd en gedreven als het gaat om het behalen van onze doelstellingen zoals gast tevredenheid en Hilton Honors loyalty enrollments.
