The posting

Voor de locatie Hotel Noordzee zijn wij op korte termijn op zoek naar een Allround Medewerker bediening die de ambitie heeft om door te groeien naar Chef Bediening. Het restaurant wordt voornamelijk bezocht door de Katwijkse 'locals' en door gasten/toeristen van binnen en buiten het hotel. De keuken is modern mediterraan met naast de kaart de 'oude klassiekers'.Het restaurant telt 50 couverts binnen en 30 couverts buiten en kent wintertijden (wo-zo van 12.00 tot 20.00) en zomertijden (ma-zo van 10.00 tot 21.00) Wegens overname van het hotel en het restaurant zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde en gastvrije medewerkers die samen met ons het restaurant een boost gaan geven. Je geeft leiding aan twee of drie medewerkers en zorgt dat alles gestroomlijnd loopt. Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt anticiperen op plotselinge drukte of juist stille dagen.Je plant het werk en de medewerkers in en ziet toe op een goede taakverdeling en dito takenlijst voor je medewerkers. Je implementeert de kernwaarden van het bedrijf bij je medewerkers. Gastvrij, familiair en met een hoog serviceniveau.Je bent bekend met geautomatiseerde bestelsystemen en denkt oplossingsgericht.Je spreekt, naast Nederlands, uitstekend Engels en in het Duits kun je je redelijk redden. Schaal, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, tussen 4.1 en 5.3Dienstverband: parttime - fulltime is bespreekbaar
