- Installatie / Onderhoud - Full Time - MIERLO - 3.000 - 4.600 Functieomschrijving Allround Monteur Als Allround Monteur werk je in een geavanceerde productieomgeving met complexe procesinstallaties. Door het uitvoeren van onderhoud, het analyseren en oplossen van storingen en het doorvoeren van technische verbeteringen borg je de veiligheid, kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van de installaties. Om productiekwaliteit en levering te waarborgen is het belangrijk dat de machines en metingen het hoogst mogelijke niveau behalen. Jij ontvangt een salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 4.600,- bruto per maand, ploegentoeslag van 40%, een bonusregeling, 27 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om deze bij te kopen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud aan installaties, machines en apparatuur - Signaleren, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische - systemen - Uitvoeren van reparaties en revisies - Beheren van onderhoudsdocumentatie en rapportages - Deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten en meedenken in procesverbeteringen - Samenwerken met collega's van de Technische Dienst om nieuwe machines in bedrijf te stellen of - huidige machines te optimaliseren De afdeling zal begin 2027 overgaan naar een 5‑ploegensysteem. Dit betekent dat je start in dagdienst, waarin je een gedegen inwerkperiode doorloopt en de installaties, processen en organisatie goed leert kennen.
