Van onderlagen en deklagen tot gekleurd asfalt. Afhankelijk van de toepassing worden verschillende grondstoffen in de juiste verhoudingen met elkaar gemengd. Dat betekent dat achter iedere lading asfalt een technisch productieproces zit. Installaties moeten samenwerken, grondstoffen moeten op het juiste moment worden verwerkt en de productie moet blijven draaien. Precies daar komt techniek om de hoek kijken. Allround Monteur aan het werk bij een asfaltcentrale Jij houdt de asfaltcentrale draaiende Als Allround Monteur bij APW Westerbroek zorg jij ervoor dat de asfaltcentrale draait als een geoliede machine. Je voert systematisch onderhoud uit, lost storingen analytisch op en zorgt voor een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving. Mechanica, elektrotechniek en lastechnieken komen allemaal terug in je werk. Dankzij jouw technische kennis blijven de installaties in goede conditie en help je stilstand zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen. - preventief en planmatig onderhoud uitvoeren; - technische storingen analyseren en oplossen; - werken aan mechanische en elektrotechnische installaties; - reparaties en laswerkzaamheden uitvoeren; - de installatie winterklaar maken. Een centrale die niet zomaar even stil kan staan Asfalt produceren vraagt om een samenspel van machines en technische installaties. Verschillende grondstoffen worden verwerkt en in de juiste verhouding gemengd tot het asfalt dat voor een project nodig is. Dat proces moet betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Een storing aan een installatie kan direct invloed hebben op de productie. Daarom wacht je als monteur niet alleen tot er iets kapotgaat. Je controleert, onderhoudt en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Je werkt dus niet aan één machine, maar aan de techniek achter een compleet productie...
