The posting

Ecoline BV is een groeiende onderneming met veel drive. We leveren, uitsluitend via distributie, nonwoven doeken, hygiënepapier en cleaning- & hygiëneproducten aan klanten in onder meer de voedingsindustrie, de zorg en de industrie. Korte lijnen, veel ambitie en een team dat graag de mouwen oprolt. Als allround onderhoudstechnieker werk je binnen onze groep op twee locaties, elk met hun eigen dynamiek:

  • Bij Ecoline in Wevelgem, een volwassen vennootschap, knap je bestaande gebouwen verder op en finetune je de infrastructuur. Hier ligt de nadruk op afwerken en vooral continue verbetering.
  • Bij Demeyere in Moorslede, een jonge overname, staat er een nieuwbouw op de planning. De huidige gebouwen gaan tegen de vlakte en jij helpt mee aan de volledige nieuwe inrichting. Hier draait het meer om opbouw dan om onderhoud.

Jobomschrijving

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt in duo met onze huidige klusjesman, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag. Denk aan:

  • Nutsvoorzieningen verbeteren of aanleggen met nieuwste technologiën, oog op efficiëntie en maximale aandacht om verliezen te beperken
  • Burelen en sociale ruimten onderhouden, vernieuwen en inrichten.
  • Bedrijfshallen en vloeren schilderen of belijnen
  • Groenzones aanleggen of onderhouden en het bedrijventerreinen netjes houden
  • Diverse onderhouds- en verbeteringswerken, ook op hoogte!
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in gebouwenonderhoud (klusjesman, technieker, onderhoudsmedewerker, ...).
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent flexibel wanneer werken buiten kantoor- of productietijd vallen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig in je werk (de zaakvoering heeft liever de zaken goed dan snel gedaan).
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je bent goed Nederlandstalig.
