Je krijgt hier alle ruimte om te leren, je technische vaardigheden verder te verdiepen en door te groeien richting functies als Senior Operator of Teamleider.

Functieomschrijving: Als Allround Operator ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen de grondstof en het eindproduct. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlekkeloos laten draaien van onze geavanceerde vul- en verpakkingslijnen. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit de volgende kernactiviteiten • Zelfstandig opstarten, instellen, ombouwen en bijsturen van de vul- en verpakkingslijnen naar verschillende productformaten. • Bewaken van de continue aanvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen om ongeplande stilstand van de lijn te voorkomen. • Analyseren van mechanische en procesmatige afwijkingen en het direct oplossen van eerstelijns machinestoringen. • Uitvoeren van nauwgezette In-Process Controls (IPC) zoals gewichtscontroles, coderingen en sealnaad-checks met digitale vastlegging. • Grondig reinigen en steriliseren van de installaties volgens de geldende hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. • Nauw samenwerken
