Functieomschrijving: Als allround operator beheer je de productielijnen. Je zorgt dat het proces vlekkeloos verloopt. Het instellen en ombouwen van machines hoort bij je dagelijkse taken. Zo haal je het beste resultaat uit de installaties.

Tijdens je dienst controleer je de kwaliteit van de artikelen. Je pakt regelmatig monsters en kijkt of alles aan de eisen voldoet. Zie je een storing of een afwijking? Dan los je dit snel op. Ook voer je klein technisch onderhoud uit aan de lijnen.

Je houdt de instellingen scherp in de gaten. Zie je kansen om het werk beter of sneller te doen? Deel je ideeën dan gerust. Jouw inzet houdt de fabriek draaiende en zorgt voor een constante stroom van goede producten.
