Wat ga je doen als Allround Procesoperator? Als Allround Procesoperator ben jij onmisbaar in het productieproces van onze boter(olie). Je zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt: je houdt het proces goed in de gaten, grijpt in als dat nodig is en zorgt dat de kwaliteit altijd top is. Merk je een afwijking of storing? Dan ga je daar direct mee aan de slag. Zo draag jij elke dag bij aan een soepel proces én een prachtig eindproduct.

Waar jij blij van wordt

- Een salaris tussen de € 3140 en € 3952 excl. toeslagen

- Een jaarlijkse bonus die kan oplopen tot wel 15% van je salaris, waarvan 8% voor iedereen gegarandeerd wordt

- 8% vakantiegeld

- 26 vakantiedagen (en de mogelijkheid om 5 extra dagen bij te kopen)

- Werken in 3-ploegendienst (1x per 5 weken een nachtdienst en 2x per 5 weken werken op zaterdag, maar dan ben je doordeweeks een dag vrij)

- Vaak binnen 12 maanden een vast contract

- Onze fabriek sluit op zaterdag om 18:00 uur en op zondag ben je altijd vrij!

- Een afgeronde MBO 3 of 4 opleiding in de levensmiddelen of procestechniek is verplicht. Een VAPRO A/B/C of Operator A/B/C heeft onze voorkeur
