The posting

Als Allround Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en aansturen van productieprocessen zodat constante kwaliteit en veiligheid gewaarborgd blijven. Je bedient en monitort procesinstallaties volgens procedures, voert kwaliteitscontroles en neemt monsters. Bij storingen voer je eerste lijns analyses uit en los je technische problemen op of schakel je onderhoud in. Je stelt procesinstellingen bij om productie te optimaliseren en verspilling te beperken. Daarnaast voer je reinigings- en sanitatiewerkzaamheden uit volgens hygiënevoorschriften en houd je orde en netheid op de werkplek. Je rapporteert procesgegevens nauwkeurig en werkt samen met collega’s en andere afdelingen om een efficiënt en stabiel productieproces te garanderen. Functie-inhoud - Monitoren en aansturen van productielijnen en procesinstallaties volgens vastgestelde procedures en productieschema's. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, nemen van monsters en controleren van producten op hygiëne en veiligheid. - Eerste lijns storingsanalyse uitvoeren, technische problemen oplossen en onderhoud inschakelen waar nodig. - Procesinstellingen bijstellen om optimale productie en minimale verspilling te realiseren; reiniging en administratie bijhouden.

Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare ervaring als operator of procesmedewerker in industriële productie, bij voorkeur met procesinstallaties. - Technisch inzicht en praktische vaardigheid om storingen te analyseren en snel eerste oplossingsstappen te nemen. - Nauwkeurig administreren van procesgegevens, rapporteren volgens procedures en werken met productiedocumentatie. - Bereidheid om 40 uur per week te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hygiëne, netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek.
