Luba Allround technisch monteur - Assendelft - 32 tot 40 uur - Uitzicht op vast - Mbo Ben jij een ervaren monteur die storingen oplost en onderhoud uitvoert in een moderne productieomgeving met ruimte om te groeien? Over het werk Als storings- en onderhoudsmonteur zorg jij ervoor dat de installaties elke dag optimaal blijven draaien. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met het snel en vakkundig oplossen van storingen, zodat het productieproces nooit onnodig stil komt te liggen. Je start je werkdag met het uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud aan mechanische en elektrische installaties. Wanneer er storingen optreden, ben jij degene die snel schakelt, de oorzaak achterhaalt en een duurzame oplossing implementeert. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer werk je zelfstandig aan een complexe storing, de andere keer werk je samen met collega's aan een technische verbetering. Naast het uitvoerende werk denk je actief mee over hoe installaties beter, veiliger en efficiënter kunnen draaien. Jouw ideeën worden serieus genomen en dragen direct bij aan de optimalisatie van het proces. Je werkt in een omgeving waar techniek, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan, met ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen via opleidingen en trainingen.
