Als allround voorman GWW bij BAM Infra Wegen zorg jij dat het werk loopt. Veilig, netjes en volgens planning. Je bent niet alleen met vandaag bezig, maar zorgt ook dat het morgen en volgende week goed doorgaat. Binnen BAM bieden we ruimte voor verschillende ontwikkelstappen in het vak. Deze rol is voor voormannen die meer verantwoordelijkheid willen en kunnen pakken op de bouwplaats. Dit is geen rol waarin je alleen het werk aanstuurt, maar waarin je zelf zorgt dat het werk draait en vooruit blijft gaan. Als allround voorman GWW heb je op de bouwplaats een zelfstandige rol. Je organiseert het werk, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat planning, voortgang en uitvoering op elkaar aansluiten. Wat je gaat doen: - je stuurt zelfstandig een ploeg aan en zorgt dat het werk elke dag loopt door middel van de tekeningen en werkomschrijvingen - je coördineert en geeft opdrachten/instructies aan de collega's, bewaakt de voortgang en planning en stemt dit af met de uitvoerder (en waar nodig met de opdrachtgever) - je geeft duidelijke instructies, verzorgt toolboxen en startwerkinstructies en zorgt voor een veilige werkplek - je coacht en begeleid de minder ervaren collega's op het project als leermeester. De bovenstaande werkzaamheden vragen van jou dat je handig bent met een laptop en/of tablet Jouw team Je werkt bij BAM Infra Wegen aan projecten, zoveel mogelijk in jouw regio.
