Onze klant is een bekende en vertrouwde winkelketen met een passie voor tuin, dier en buitenleven. Met honderden winkels over heel Vlaanderen combineren ze de stabiliteit en professionaliteit van een grote speler met de warme, persoonlijke sfeer van een buurtwinkel.

Voor de vestiging in Herentals zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Allround Winkelmedewerker Tuin & Gereedschap. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat de winkel er altijd spik en span bij staat.

Jobomschrijving

  • Klanten adviseren: Je luistert naar de nodigen van de klant en begeleidt hen met professioneel en technisch advies naar het meest geschikte product of tuingereedschap.
  • Winkelpresentatie & Aanvullen: Je bent actief betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Je vult de rekken aan en zorgt voor een overzichtelijke, aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkelpresentatie.
  • Magazijn & Leveringen: Je verwerkt binnenkomende leveringen en ondersteunt de collega-magazijnier bij het op orde en netjes houden van het magazijn.
  • Kassabeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en klantvriendelijke afhandeling aan de kassa.
  • Klantgericht: Je schept plezier in het contact met mensen en helpt hen graag verder met deskundig advies.
  • Technische basis: Je beschikt over een stevige basis aan technische kennis (ideaal voor de afdeling tuingereedschap en materialen).
  • Affiniteit met de sector: Je hebt interesse in of passie voor tuinbouw, dierenverzorging en/of doe-het-zelf.
  • Hands-on & Georganiseerd: Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, werkt nauwkeurig en hecht belang aan orde en structuur.
  • Teamplayer: Respectvolle communicatie en een goede teamspirit zijn voor jou heel belangrijk.
