Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team, schakelt snel bij drukte en helpt collega's om zichzelf te ontwikkelen. Samen met de Store Manager stuur je op resultaat én sfeer. Dit ga je doen Na een korte dagstart zorg je dat de winkel er perfect uitziet. Je verdeelt de taken, motiveert het team en houdt de klantbeleving scherp in de gaten. Bij een lastige klant-gesprek denk je mee, je coacht een nieuwe collega bij een verkoopgesprek en je plant alvast een 1-op-1 voor morgen. De afwisseling is groot - en dat maakt je werk uitdagend én leuk. • Aansturen en begeleiden van het verkoopteam. • Coachen van collega's tijdens hun werk. • Bijdragen aan het behalen van omzet- en klanttevredenheidsdoelen. • Verantwoordelijk voor de winkelpresentatie. • Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen. • Samenwerken met de Store Manager en regiomanager.
