In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en adviseren van de OR en de voorzitter, waarbij je jouw kennis van de Wet op de Ondernemingsraden (WOR) toepast in de praktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de OR goed voorbereid is en invloed kan uitoefenen op belangrijke besluiten binnen de organisatie.
