Jij zorgt voor een veilige en verantwoorde rit en bewaakt de rust en veiligheid op locatie. Je denkt praktisch mee om patiënten uit lastige situaties te halen, ondersteunt de ambulanceverpleegkundige en communiceert duidelijk met familie, omstanders en andere hulpdiensten. Met jouw overzicht, oplossingsgerichtheid en kalmte maak je het verschil - voor de patiënt én je collega. Wil jij jouw ervaring inzetten in een baan waarin je écht verschil maakt? Elke dag en elke rit? GGD Brabant-Zuidoost biedt jaarlijks opleidingsplekken aan in januari en september, en leidt jou in 8 maanden op tot ambulancechauffeur. Bij de uitvoering van ons werk houden we ons aan vier kernwaarden die steeds meer in ons DNA komen: 'we stellen gezondheid voorop', 'we zien jou', 'we zijn er voor jou' en 'we pakken aan'. Wat je gaat doen - Je bestuurt de ambulance veilig en alert, aangepast op de uiteenlopende situaties. - Samen met de ambulanceverpleegkundige verleen je acute zorg aan patiënten en stel je hen gerust. - Je ondersteunt medisch waar nodig en coördineert (spoedeisende) zorg bij ongevallen of rampen. - Je hebt oog voor de veiligheid van jou en je collega en onderhoudt contacten met de meldkamer en ketenpartners zoals politie, brandweer en ziekenhuizen. - Je volgt bij- en nascholingen om je kennis en vaardigheden op peil te houden. Wat jij meebrengt - Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal mbo-3 niveau en een werk- en denkniveau op mbo-4 niveau. - Rijbewijs C1 (of C) en minimaal 3 jaar algemene rijervaring met rijbewijs B. Rijervaring met je C1 rijbewijs zien we als een pré. - Geldig EHBO- en reanimatiediploma is een pré. - Goede rijvaardigheid, stressbestendigheid, logistiek inzicht ...
