Dit staat voor Intensieve Systeem Begeleiding. Dit is een intensieve manier van werken als laatste redmiddel om een uithuisplaatsing te voorkomen. Deze trajecten variëren van 10 tot soms wel meer dan 60 uur per week ambulante ondersteuning in een gezin. In teamverband observeren, aanleren, maar ook overnemen en voordoen. Wij hebben de overtuiging dat met een dergelijke intensieve aanpak een groot deel van de uithuisplaatsingen te voorkomen is. Hiervoor zoeken we een aantal zelfbewuste ambitieuze collega's die in een team de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de juiste zorgverlening aan de cliënten wanneer het nodig is. Je bent flexibel, je houdt van uitdagingen en vindt complexe casuïstiek gaaf. Je hebt een relevante, afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding (MW/SPH, Social Work of gelijkwaardig). Ervaring binnen de ambulante jeugdzorg is een must, net als een VOG en een geldige SKJ-registratie. Ook is het van belang dat je bereid bent om zeer flexibel ingeroosterd te worden. Woon jij in de desbetreffende regio, ben jij flexibel, een teamspeler, maar ook in staat om zelfstandig te werken? Wil je mee ontwikkelen aan de jeugdzorg van de toekomst?
