Jouw rol als ambulante Jeugd- en Gezinscoach Jij ondersteunt gezinnen en begeleidt ze bij het oplossen van uiteenlopende hulpvragen en het versterken van hun probleemoplossend vermogen. Het gezin en maatwerk staan hierbij altijd centraal. Je hoeft dus geen strakke protocollen te volgen, maar je krijgt de vrijheid om de meest passende, duurzame weg voor het gezin te volgen. De veiligheid van het kind vormt hierbij altijd de ondergrens. Door jouw aanpak op maat, zorg jij dat kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen de regie over hun eigen leven houden of terugkrijgen. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen. Waar nodig betrek je partners, belangrijke anderen, het netwerk of de informele zorg in de wijk. Het buurtteam Vanuit het buurtteam bied je basishulp aan inwoners van een specifieke wijk of (vanuit het onderwijsteam) vanuit het VO of het MBO. Op elke casus werk je samen met een collega. Daarnaast staat regelmatig casuïstiek overleg met het gehele team op de agenda. Hierdoor is er veel ruimte voor feedback en reflectie. Zo blijf je jezelf continu - zowel persoonlijk als vakinhoudelijk - ontwikkelen. Vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid In jouw rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid. Je bepaalt bijvoorbeeld zelf hoe je je eigen werk en agenda indeelt. Daarnaast heb je door de open en transparante cultuur van Lokalis veel mogelijkheden tot inspraak. Niet alleen bij onszelf, maar ook in de stad Utrecht. Zowel in de wijk als stedelijk bestaat de mogelijkheid om Lokalis te vertegenwoor...
