In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat kennis niet alleen beschikbaar is, maar écht werkt voor mensen én technologie. Wij zoeken jou! Als Analist Kennismanagement ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat collega's in de Front- en Back Office altijd snel de juiste informatie vinden - en begrijpen. Jij maakt complexe informatie praktisch, brengt structuur aan en zorgt dat onze kennisbank klaar is voor de toekomst. Als echte kennisregisseur ben jij: - Analytisch scherp: je haalt inzichten uit gebruik en data, signaleert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties of aanvullende ondersteuning; - Actief betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van systemen en tools (zoals Halo) en denk je mee over hoe we data en AI (bijvoorbeeld copilot) optimaal kunnen inzetten; - De schakel tussen proceseigenaren, teams en de Front Office: je vertaalt complexe input naar duidelijke, toepasbare kennis en deelt dagelijks updates die collega's direct kunnen gebruiken; - Iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen tekst: je zorgt voor een slimme contentstructuur, goede vindbaarheid en maakt informatie geschikt voor gebruik in AI-oplossingen; - Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en werking van de kennisvoorziening: je bewaakt of informatie klopt, logisch is opgebouwd en ook goed functioneert binnen AI-toepassingen; - Degene die de kennisbank beheert, actualiseert en continu verbetert, zodat collega's altijd werken met actuele, consistente en betrouwbare informatie.
