Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met anesthesiologen, chirurgen en perfusionisten en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor hemodynamische stabiliteit, ventilatie en perioperatief bloedmanagement. De functie vereist snelle besluitvorming tijdens acute situaties, nauwkeurige medicatietoediening en het bedienen van gespecialiseerde apparatuur zoals infusie- en spuitpompen. Salarisindicatie Bij een vast dienstverband ligt het bruto maandsalaris doorgaans tussen €3.300 en €4.800 afhankelijk van ervaring en FWG-treden. Als zelfstandig specialist op zzp opdrachten of via interim werk variëren uurtarieven sterk; gangbare tarieven liggen tussen €55 en €95 per uur, met hogere marges voor opdrachten bij UMC's en complexe casuïstiek. Opdrachten overheid en detachering via bureaus en DAS kunnen additionele vergoedingen en onregelmatigheidstoeslagen bieden; vergoeding en voorwaarden verschillen per opdracht en contractvorm.
