Anios/Basisarts, De Bolder en De Antonius Hof, Huizen en Bussum Vivium Zorggroep Functie omschrijving Als ANIOS/Basisarts bij Vivium Zorggroep biedt je medische zorg aan bewoners met complexe psychogeriatrische en/ of chronisch somatische aandoeningen. Juist de combinatie van complexe casuïstiek, langdurige behandelrelaties en multidisciplinair samenwerken maakt de rol van arts in het verpleeghuis uitdagend en afwisselend. Je werkt in basis 32 uur op deze twee pg locaties. De combinatie van beide pg-locaties zorgt voor afwisseling in casuïstiek, teams en zorgvragen, waardoor je bredere ervaring opdoet binnen de ouderengeneeskunde. Goede ouderengeneeskunde gaat verder dan het behandelen van een aandoening. Het draait om het vinden van de juiste balans tussen medische mogelijkheden, kwaliteit van leven en de wensen van de bewoner." Wat ga je doen? Je werkt onder supervisie van een Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde en maakt deel uit van een betrokken team met onder andere verpleegkundigen, zorgcollega's, psychologen en paramedici. Je verricht medische diagnostiek en behandeling, stelt behandelplannen op, loopt visites, neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en begeleidt bewoners en hun naasten. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om je als arts verder te ontwikkelen. Wat breng je mee? Je bent BIG-geregistreerd Basisarts en hebt affiniteit met de ouderenzorg. Je kijkt verder dan de aandoening en hebt oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je werkt zelfstandig én samen, communiceert gemakkelijk en voelt je thuis in een multidisciplinair team. Ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent en jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen als arts. Verder heb je: - Een BIG-registratie als Basisarts; - Interesse om ervaring op te doen in de ouderengeneeskunde; - De flexibiliteit om weekend-, avond-, of nachtdienst te draaien; - Een rijbewijs en eigen vervoer om tijdens zo'n dienst sne...
