ANIOS Ouderengeneeskunde - 11-08-2026 - Sittard - fulltime - wo - tijdelijk Ben je (bijna) Basisarts (ANIOS) en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Maak dan kennis met de dynamische wereld van de ouderengeneeskunde! Ouderengeneeskunde is binnen Zuyderland Care een volwassen maar nog altijd groeiend specialisme met enthousiaste, betrokken professionals. Binnen Zuyderland Zorgcentra kennen wij een grote diversiteit van doelgroepen: groot- en kleinschalige psychogeriatrische woongroepen, specifieke psychogeriatrische zorg (gedragsgespecialiseerd centrum, NAH) en somatische afdelingen waarbij tevens een Parkinson-unit en GRZ en ELV toe behoort. Daarnaast hospicezorg, een Eerstelijnsverblijfafdeling, een actief eerstelijns consultteam en seniorendagcentra. Op onze locaties van Geleen tot Echt verrichten wij diagnostiek, behandeling en begeleiding bij kwetsbare oudere cliënten. Naast het leveren van de beste zorg voor onze cliënten streven we naar kwaliteitsverbetering en een efficiëntere taak- en tijdsverdeling. Als Basisarts krijg je verschillende afdelingen binnen 1 à 2 zorgcentra toegewezen. Je maakt deel uit van een team met o.a. specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, AIOS, verpleegkundig specialisten, Physician assistants, verpleegkundigen en paramedici. Je werkdag start in de ochtend met een artsenoverleg, overdracht of administratie. Vervolgens loop je artsenvisites op jouw afdelingen en sta je in voor het medisch onderzoek, diagnose en behandelplan van cliënten. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen van de afdeling. Wat ga je doen? - Je verricht (medisch) onderzoek bij de cliënt en analyseert diens fysieke, psychische, sociale en/of functionele toestand. Op grond hiervan stel je de medische diagnose. - Je stelt de aard van de behandeling vast en stemt deze af op de wensen, vragen en mogelijkheden van de cliënt. - Als medisch eindverantwoordelijke zie je toe op het opstellen en uitvoeren van de zorgleefpl...
