Aufgaben

* Übernehme die Schichtübergabe und stelle sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen an die Schichtverantwortlichen weitergegeben werden

* Kontrolliere fortlaufend die Produktqualität während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses

* Bediene, überwache und steuere eigenständig Produktions- und Absackanlagen inklusive Prozessleitsystem und Bedienpanels

* Erkenne und behebe eigenständig Erststörungen an den Anlagen und informiere bei größeren Störungen rechtzeitig die Technik

* Koordiniere dich mit der Logistik für Materialnachschub und den Abtransport der Fertigware

* Dokumentiere wichtige Betriebsdaten, wie ungeplante Stillstände, KPIs und Durchlaufzeiten

* Achte auf die Einhaltung der 5S-Standards sowie auf Arbeits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben

* Führe regelmäßige Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen durch und schule neue Kolleg:innen ein

Profil

* Technisches und handwerkliches Grundverständnis ist zwingend erforderlich

* Praxiserfahrung im Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld ist von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Überstunden (nach Bedarf)

* Verlässlichkeit, Ordnungssinn und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus

* Selbstständiges und vorausschauendes Arbeiten fällt dir leicht

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und PC-Anwendungen

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* 5S-Verständnis sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
