Dankzij jouw kennis en ondersteuning ontwikkelen kinderen op het tempo dat bij hen past. Natuurlijk is geen kind hetzelfde. En daarom ben jij zo belangrijk: jij kijkt per kind per dag wat nodig is. De Kleine Reus is een antroposofische opvang. Bij ons mag het kind zijn wie het is. We leren de kinderen respect te hebben voor de natuur en we eten biologisch. In elke groep hebben we aandacht voor het seizoen. Dat merk je aan de activiteiten die we doen, de feesten die we vieren en de seizoenstafels. Bovendien vieren we naast Pasen en Kerstmis ook Sint Maarten en Sint Jan. Het speelgoed is gemaakt van natuurlijke materialen net zoals de meubels. De babygroepen hebben een mooi groot terras, voor de peuters is er een prachtige ontdektuin. Wat zoeken jullie in een nieuwe collega? Wij zijn op zoek naar een pedagogisch professional voor onze peutergroep die met enthousiasme en zorg onze kinderen begeleidt. Jij ziet waar een kind behoefte aan heeft en weet hoe je een omgeving creëert waarin ze optimaal kunnen opgroeien. We zoeken een pedagogisch professional voor minimaal 24 uur in de week.
