Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Voor een Groothandel in regio Hooglede zoeken we een AP Accountant met oog voor detail en proactiviteit. Je komt terecht in een stabiele, groeiende organisatie waar samenwerking en service centraal staan. Binnen het financiële team krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen en volledige eigenaarschap te nemen over de crediteurenadministratie. Hier wordt je gewaardeerd voor je nauwkeurigheid, je initiatief en je vermogen om processen efficiënt te managen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren van inkoopfacturen voor meerdere leveranciers, inclusief controle en inboeken in het systeem
  • Voorbereiding en uitvoering van leveranciersbetalingen volgens interne deadlines en vereisten
  • Eerste contactpunt voor leveranciers en interne afdelingen bij vragen over facturatie, betalingen en administratie
  • Opvolging van openstaande betalingen en reconciliatie van leveranciersrekeningen
  • Monitoring van leveranciersrelaties om problemen vroegtijdig op te sporen en op te lossen
  • Meewerken aan maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluiting van de crediteurenadministratie
  • Proactief optimaliseren van processen en digitalisering waar mogelijk

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor of graduaat Boekhouding, Accounting-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare AP- of boekhoudkundige functie
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en scherp oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
  • Vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt in deze regio
  • Goed beheer van MS Office, met name Excel op gevorderd niveau
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP of vergelijkbaar) is een serieuze troef
  • Zelfstandig en discreet werkend vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Betrouwbaar en nauwgezet in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie
